Rebecca has been dedicated to working in financial business processing for over 10 years. She has an impeccable track record for making sure onboarding new clients is seamless, quick, and efficient. As Director of Business Processing, she works with processors across multiple locations to enhance performance, develop operational strategies, and implement systems that foster scalability and growth.

She believes that creating a culture of innovation, quality, and accountability within the business processing team directly plays a vital role in the financial client’s experience. After graduating from the University of Arizona, she moved home to Denver, Colorado, where she married her childhood sweetheart and now has a two-year-old son. Her son is the light of her life, and she loves watching him grow and learn. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, watching movies, and painting outdoors. She also has an incredible passion for decorating for the holidays and loves to cook.
